PM Modi to meet President Kovind soon, details about security lapse in Punjab
Baldev Singh jeera, State Secretary General of the Bharatiya Kisan Sangh revolutionary (Phool), said, “after all, he is our prime minister.”
President Ramnath Kovind has also raised concerns over PM Modi’s security lapse in Firozpur, Punjab on Wednesday. President Ramnath Kovind has described this as serious. Prime minister Narendra Modi will also soon call on President Ramnath Kovind to give complete details on the matter. At the same time, the Supreme Court will also hold a hearing in this case soon. There is a possibility that the Supreme Court may hold a hearing on the PIL filed in the case on Friday. It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s convoy on a flyover in Firozpur on Wednesday had to stay for about 20 minutes due to protesters. This omission in the security of the prime minister is due to the negligence of the Punjab government.

SSP reveals details of PM Modi’s convoy
Meanwhile, a leader of the Kisan Sangh has revealed that he was informed by Firozpur SSP that the Prime Minister’s convoy is going to undergo a flyover. However, the Punjab government has also set up a high level investigation committee to investigate the matter.
The farmer leader said, he is our prime minister too
State Secretary General of the Indian Kisan Sangh revolutionary (Phool) Baldev Singh jeera said that the SSP told us that the Prime Minister’s convoy was about to pass, where we were performing. The farmer leader said that we thought SSPs were saying so to disperse the protesters. Baldev Singh Jira said that if we knew that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was really going to Firozpur on those roads, he would have reacted differently. Baldev Singh jeera, State Secretary General of the Bharatiya Kisan Sangh revolutionary (Phool), said, “after all, he is our prime minister.”
Protest farmers give cleanliness
Baldev Singh Jira said that he was holding a picket on a bridge over a creek near the village of piarena on the Ludhiana-Firozpur Highway. Protesters say that we thought the prime minister would come by helicopter, but later it was learned that the prime minister was stuck in a traffic jam and returned due to our hold.
BJP workers and protesters clash
Baldev Singh Jira alleged that there was a clash between BJP workers and farmers at the demonstration site. We had requested the drivers of buses and vehicles carrying BJP workers to be transported by alternative route, but a group of them did not. Some of our protesters were injured in the clash.
The police did not speak of trust
When PM Modi was going to Firozpur by the road, a team of policemen approached the protesters and interacted with them. A few minutes later jeera announced with a mike in hand that the police administration had come to us. They are saying that their job is in danger and Modi has to go. I thought they (the police) were our brothers, we should cooperate. But now I know that Modi does not need to pass here, he is already in husainiwala. Only then did a police officer say that Prime Minister Modi had reached Talwandi and was on the way, but the protesters still refused to believe him.
